Audi cars are available both petrol and diesel as fuel. Audi cars in India include luxury sedans and SUVs. A and R series models are sedans whereas Q series models are Sports Utility Vehicles. Audi A4 is the cheapest car (sedan) available from Audi in India at an ex showroom price of Rs.27.79 lakhs for the base model. Audi cars provide better mileage for their cars in their range because of technology. Audi cars are presently having its dealership, showrooms and service centers confined to very few cities. Audi is planning to expand its network in India.

Autoshow @ KSL City Johor Bahru Part 1

There was an autoshow held at KSL City JB last Saturday, I would like to share some pictures of this event. Lets watch the demo cars from QD Racing.



The craziest BMW E46 coupe I have seen, large size GT wing has equipped not only at the rear but also at the front, just like the Scion TC time attack machine. Damn cool!



There are a lot of LCD screen embedded at the bumper. I you own a E46 3-Series, will you modified it like this?



Wide body (wheel arches) BMW E60 5-Series with fibre carbon bonnet and very nice plate number.



R35 GTR's spoiler equipped!



VIP style BMW E38 7-Series, bonnet was wrapped with checkered leather!



Checkered leather at the rear bonnet too. Overall, I love this graphics design on the body.



Modified Lancer GT with Varis style bumper.



Rear view also looks nice.



This is this first time I saw a Kia Koup with intercooler, may you take me for a ride?

Luxury Tree House by Architecture Firm RPA

This inspiring – and inspired! – House of wood and glass tree is a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday. Located in Nichols Canyon, Los Angeles, CA, Banyan Treehouse is a compact house design combines art studios and recreation getaway overlooking downtown Los Angeles. Architectural firms
designed RPA luxury tree house in the clouds will you nine. In accordance with the natural theme, the studio was completed in luxury, organic oiled wooden palette siding, mahogany windows and roof Rheinzink. Wooden structure raised above 12 ft steel pillars, and is located to the base of a large pine tree.

Water Pumping Station Converted Into Sophisticated Modern Home

Camouflaged in the north of England, UK, this exceptional two-story building is the result of a notable architecture conversion. The Pump House is the contemporary and sophisticated version of a former water pumping station in Ilkley and shelters three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two receptions. Its exterior stays
true to the origins of the building and displays an intriguing brick finish. Once inside, the overall perspective is bent, as a potential visitor is likely to be surprised by the highly modern interiors. A generously sized living and dining space acts as the focal point of the entire house. The attention to detail is obvious in every corner of the project, from the lighting elements in the living area to the specially commissioned bathroom with imported marble from Italy. State-of-the art technology is also a defying factor for this home, equipped with infrared high security cameras and intercom system with electric gates. The Pump House is currently available for sale here, listed at £725,000.

Seattle Alley House Aims for LEED Platinum

This is Alley House 2, a modular prefab home aiming for LEED Platinum certification, located in the Madison Valley neighborhood of Seattle, Washington.  We looked at the home during site assembly and note that it’s complete and listed for sale at the offering of $599,000.  The home has three bedrooms, two
bathrooms, a one-car garage (that could be used as a workshop or converted to an ADU), and 1,687 square feet.

Live Modern: The Shadow House

 Modern definitely has to do with fitting in the space you need to live in, in whatever space you have to build a home (even if it’s tiny). That seems to be the case of the Shadow House, a modern home squeezed in between older homes in North London, designed by Liddicoat & Goldhill in 2011. Another awesome element to this house? Their great, great material choices.


Seen best in that photo above with the four different materials showcased, they just made really rich, simple modern material choices that created a layered feeling in the space though there aren’t a lot of furnishings. That mix of plywood and marble in the kitchen is so brilliant. “The Shadow House is a new build private house in Camden, North London. It has won a 2011 RIBA Award, Best small house of the year award at the British Homes Award 2011, received a commendation at the 2011 NLA Awards and was longlisted for the Manser Medal. We carried out the entire project ourselves, from finding the site, through planning, design, construction and manufacture of the fittings, fixtures and furniture.”
