Bruce Stafford Architects have designed the renovation of an existing house which was originally an 80's style multi-tenancy building in Sydney, Australia. Only the external walls were retained to comply with the approved council envelope. A completely new look for the house was designed, both inside and out.

Infiniti FX 30dS tuned by AHG Sports

AHG Sports, the tuning division of Infiniti Zentrum Hamburg, has a kit that upgrades the Infiniti FX 30dS into a true Porsche Cayenne Diesel competitor.

For €1250, the tuner dials up power on the 3.0 liter V6 diesel unit to 280 PS (206 kW / 276 bhp) and 600 Nm of torque - up substantially from the standard 238 PS (175 kW / 235 bhp) and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft).

The tuner then adds a nice 21-inch wheel and tire combination. The 3-piece CC rims from Schmidt Revolution come in size 11 x 21-inch and are wrapped in 295/40R21 tires. Cost of the wheel set is €7,900.

Lowering springs also drop the suspension by 25 mm at a cost of €1,495, installation included.

Mazda RX-9 uses technology from Toyota

Mazda aggressively developing its technology, including next-generation car model RX-9. That said, according to international reports, sportcar uses a rotary engine that Mazda's unique and never been used in the model RX3. When I think of Texas nowhere in that thought is green grass, water or large trees. Talk about a skewed perception of the state. Fortunately that has been renewed by this house in Austin built by Andersson Wise Architects. Ultimately it seems more like a lookout tower which only makes it cooler.

The creative team at Cul-de-sac is releasing its first range of limited edition prints. Blending the hallmarks of Danish design, Italian style and Pop Art punch, these three geometric prints are timeless artworks that will add visual impact to any interior. These are the first in what will be an on-going series of prints playing with the team’s theme of the cul-de-sac… a street that is open at one end only, a journey that brings you home. The first series, seen displayed in the studio of iconic designer Khai Liew, features a punchy orange design; another with geometric curves of tonal blue and a third print of a smaller repeating pattern in yellow. Each print is released in a limited edition of 20 prints.
